Furthermore, SIPB doesn't have a lot of money to pay for software.
I wouldn't let that be the limiting factor. SIPB can ask for money.
Speaking as an official representive of IS here (as well as a former
chairman), we have significant budgets for software and can certainly
spend money for this sort of thing. Now, indeed, in this case the
functionality improvement may be minimal or the cost prohibitive, but
in general don't rule something out just because it costs money (even
if it seems like a lot of money). If you can't deal with Jim or Kathy
come to me.
