I've put an updated version of math2idraw.perl on
interviews.stanford.edu (36.22.0.175) in pub/contrib.

math2idraw.perl is a perl script which translates a subset of
mathematica graphics into idraw format.

The new version handles several extra data types and works with newer
versions of mathematica above 2.0. The file math2idraw.doc describes
a few tricks which make generating files for idraw easier.
