I think that there should be an /mit/sipb/README file. One thing it
should say is how to get the sipb locker attached and the sipb bindirs
in your path when you log in. It should say where to send bugs. It
should have the phone number and room number of the office in it, and
have a brief description of who we are and what we do. It should
mention /afs/sipb/contrib.
