First of all, the ispell program that is failing to work is provided
by Athena, not by the SIPB. The ispell program in the sipb locker is
just a shell script that provides a larger ispell dictionary and then
calls Athena's ispell program. Therefore, you should report your bug
to "bugs", not to "bug-sipb".
Second, the problem you are experiencing is usually caused by lines
that are too long in your source file. You should make sure to put
line breaks in your document, even in the middle of paragraphs. That
also makes it easier to edit the files, since moving up a line will
not move you up a whole paragraph.
Athena is aware of the ispell problems related to long lines, so if
that is, indeed, what is causing the problem you are experiencing,
then you don't have to bother reporting it to them.
