OK, I'm summarize, and either Marc or Matt should kick in with the
official details that I miss.
*ONLY* Marc and Matt B. (and maybe some other EC-types??) have access to
the meeting. This is because some people felt that the sipb list
shouldn't be archived, for various reasons (with which I disagree, but
that's another flame... :-). When Matt B. and I set up the meeting,
it was for this very purpose - having an archive of things sent to the
list in case we needed to get at them, instead of relying on the
personal archives people were keeping anyway. This was the compromise
between keeping it with full access to everyone who wanted it (they
way Matt B. and I originally set it up) and shutting it down
completely. The reason the meeting is more work is that you must ask
either Marc or Matt to grovel through the archive and get thigns for
you.
In short: you don't have access, it's unlikely that you'll be given
access, and about the only way it'll be usefull is to have Marc or
Matt go a-groveling for you. Flames to the sipb list, please; this is
not the way I wanted it.
