Actually, I hadn't read bug-sipb yet, and I consulted with mhbraun
before actually doing anything. Users were complaining on -i help,
and something needed to be fixed.
Fine. Now, I hope you've read bug-sipb. When the read-write sipb
locker comes back up, please put cal back and make it print warning
messages when appropriate.
