A user (dwalton) today was interested in having nemacs compiled for the
decmips platform so it can be run on the new DS5000's.
It would probably also be a good idea to get it (and the other contents
of the nihongo locker) compiled for rsaix.
As far as he knows, the most up to date source for nemacs is currently
at crl.nmsu.edu in /pub/misc/nemacs-3.3.2.tar.Z
