Fixed. The problem was that the whatis script in the sipb locker was
invoking /usr/ucb/man, which is broken on the DECstation. I made it use
/usr/athena/bin/man instead.
I have my doubts about the value of this script. Aside for the first
line, which in itself is enough to make me barf, I think that it
encourages the breaking of abstractions. If it were up to me, I'd say
it shouldn't be in the SIPB locker at all.
Also, it has no man page. :-)
