Since the sipb locker is almost full again, I removed the remaining
.el files in /mit/sipb/lib/elisp, after making sure that there were
copies of all of them in sipbsrc.
(Well, I'm not quite doing that, but I will be in a few minutes.)
A reminder: DON'T install .el files in /mit/sipb/lib/elisp. Install
.elc files. We don't have room for the .el files.
