gnuserv not installed properly in sipbsrc

Apparently, the only place containing the gnuserv sources in the
sipbsrc locker is /mit/sipbsrc/src/lib/elisp/gnuserv.
This is wrong, since the gnuserv package includes machine-dependent
binaries, and since there's only one directory for building them, not
all binaries are preserved in sipbsrc.
Calvin, please install the package in /mit/sipbsrc/src/gnuserv, and
put build trees in /mit/sipbsrc/{vax,rt,decmips,rsaix,sun4}/gnuserv.
