Is there any reason at all not to trash manl completely, and move all
the stuff there to man1?
Probably a good idea. As a start, it would be good to delete all of
the duplicate man pages. I've done that and I'm currently running
catman to rebuild the whatis file.
Ezra, please remember that sipb bug reports go to bug-sipb, not to
sipb.
