Chee, if you're going to fix the problem, then just installing a new
binary without fixing it in the sipbsrc source tree is not acceptable.
It has been our policy for years that, as much as possible, we should
guarantee that the sipb locker's contents can be rebuilt from sipbsrc.

Please fix the Imakefile in /mit/sipbsrc/src/zip/unzip (the changes
should be straightforward), rebuild the Imakefile in
/mit/sipbsrc/sun4/zip/unzip, make clean, make all, and install the
resulting binary in the sipb locker.
