Go look at a copy of the Fact Sheet (there are some floating around
the office). When homedirs are converted, the top level will be
system:anyuser l (list, not read), but will have a symlink from
~/.plan to Public/.plan, and .plan will be moved there, which is
world-readable. I think that the ca scripts should notice this
symlink, and follow it, in this one special case.
