The Zephyr-to-BITNET gateway is currently not working. charon rebooted
this evening, and we haven't been able to reconnect to mitvma since
then. Periodic retries are continuing (automatically), so the
connection may be reestablished later tonight. The BITNET software on
mitvma restarts in the early morning every day: I'd suspect this, at
least, will fix things (this has happened before).
