The source code for the webster clients is in
/mit/sipbsrc/src/webster, where you were looking. You probably need
the include, lib, and src directories in order to compile the clients.
The man directory contains man pages.
You can compile the clients and run them accessing our dictionary
server if you want. However, you cannot copy the dictionary, and
therefore you cannot run it stand-alone. The dictionary is
copyrighted and we are not allowed to redistribute it.
