how about .sipbmotdrc or .sipbmotd since the program is sipbmotd, this
might be more appropriate.
Also, since it's the "Message of the Day" how about making it so that
"todays" message will pay shown all day today, not just once?
(or this could be set as an option in the .whateverrc file.)
