Yes, I think @sys loses on the PS/2. However, there is no reason the
/afs path has to use @sys since I've fixed discuss-get-machtype (or
whatever it is called) not to lose on non-(vax,rt,decmips) machines.
Something like (concat "/afs/athena/contrib/sipb/" (discuss-machtype)
"bin/edsc") should work fine.
I'm not completely opposed to having it depend on /usr/sipb, but since
there is no inherent reason it has to, I don't see why it should.
