Well, I think that it would be a good idea if we switched
discuss to use /afs/athena/contrib/sipb/@sys/edsc instead of
/afs/sipb/user/tytso/src/edsc/edsc.decmips. After all, emacs discuss
relies on /afs/athena/contrib/sipb being there for the rest of the emacs
lisp packages to be there (via autoload), so it might as well depend on
it for the edsc executable too. Of course, this means we get hosed as
far as the NFS sipb locker, but that's always been the case. Comments?
