1. A new version of rn which recognizes (and allows manipulation of)
the headers that ClariNet messages use.
2. Shell scripts in decmipsbin to replace the pbmplus utilities to
force them to use the graphics locker, now that it finally has
decmips binaries.
3. New version of xicon from the net.
4. Core-dumping bug in xrn fixed.
5. New version of sc from the net.
6. Fixes to oneko to allow reverseVideo resource and -rv command-line
option to work, and to allow RGB notation in color specifications.
