Xrn 6.15 is coming out. I'm going to replace what's now "xrn" in the
sipb locker with what's no "betaxrn", which is xrn 6.14. Betaxrn will
be replaced with xrn 6.15 when I'm done compiling it. What's now
"xrn" will become "xrn.old" (with symlinks from old-xrn pointing to
it).
