Also, why would waiting until the release help any? users who were
using xdvi.new would still lose when the name went away.
I think that what he meant by this is that after xdvi.new went away,
people would probably figure out to try using "xdvi" instead. Before
the new release, people will get the old version of xdvi when they try
this, since "add sipb" puts sipb at the end of their path and
/usr/athena/xdvi, which comes earlier in the path, is the old version.
After the new release, people will get the new version, since the
newest version is being installed in the release.
