If the screensaver icon speed is 0, the clock and elapsed time display
are never updated.
Since, after all, this is a screen saver, and the idea is not to get
image-burning into the screen, the velocity of the icon should not be
set to 0. I have therefore fixed this bug by requiring that the
velocity is 1 or greater, and setting it to 1 if it is not.
