Frankly, the name "xdvi.new" was a mistake from the beginning - due to
XToolkit misdesign, it's difficult (impossible?) to correctly set
resources for a program with a "." in the name.
xdvi.new has also always been "experimental" - I thought that people
that are using it were expected to have the Athena savvy to deal with
anything that might happen to it...
