came by office -- was having trouble with bibtex -- needs help
No one at office presently is familiar with bibtex.
mumble references appear in database and aux file, but
are missed by bibtex
seems to think software is broken.
he says losing stuff is in /mit/lcnitsch/q.[blg,bbl,aux] and r?.bib
