Odd. pgpewrap is in the sipb locker, but only for Linux, not for
Solaris. It appears that when the locker was updated to reflect
the new Athena version last summer, that pgpewrap was not updated
properly.

I'm not fixing this myself, but I'm copying the message to the
bug-reporing address for the sipb locker (bug-sipb@mit.edu) so
that a Mutt maintainer can look it and decide what to do.
