We've had some confusion between the barnowl-dev and dirty-owl-hackers
lists for some time now. Since we moved the source to github,
barnowl-dev was no longer the source ACL, and they both became
discussion/development lists, and we switched between them somewhat
randomly.
I've merged them and made dirty-owl-hackers an alias for barnowl-dev.
The locker is now acled to barnowl-locker, which currently contains me
and asedeno; I will add people on request if there is a need to.
