Hi everyone!
Yes, I am posting this to both Apo-L and ApoSoc-L, so forgive the repeats
if you get 2 copies. Blame it on my exciteness...
Anyway, after talking to some of our Regional Directors, I wrote to our
National President Schroeder about my idea. Well, I received a letter from him
July 30, and he likes the idea! My quilt is a reality! After dancing around my
living room, I was finally able to write a letter back. :)
So, now that I have the support of the National Office, I can finally start
getting the gears grinding for the quilt. :) The main thing I need now is to
start making sure that someone will make sure that the quilt squares will be
put together at the right conferences. (They would be in charge of getting time
put aside at the conferences too.) If anyone is interested, (this is a big
thing, so think about it for a while first), let me know. I will be reposting
all of quilt letters at the start of the semester. :)
More later...the system is going down for a while. :)
