I still need help in finding contacts between the chapter and the
Scout councils. How do I get in touch with the local Scout councils?
There are three in the area of my house and the college, but the
phone book doesn't list any of them.
What contacts do I need to make and how often?
I'm newly returned to this area, so I don't know where the new
contacts are. They aren't where they used to be fifteen years ago.
