After reading Ellen Krazner's note, I re-read my message and it was
poorly worded. I did not mean to imply that Robert's Rules must be followed.
However, they are suggested as a method of running things and the basics of
Robert's Rules are included in some National APO publications (I'm looking
specifically at the 1987 Pledge Manual).
In any case, if you have no other procedure, I would suggest Robert's Rules
as a good standard to use. Your school's library should have a copy.
