I agree with this thought. If we can't pull it off in a year
and a half, we're not gonna get it in 3 years and a half.

We have three "seasons" of conferences to get this put together
at the Regional level: Fall '93, Spring '94, and Fall '94. And
as for the logistics of how it gets assembled on the
Regional/Sectional level, I think it would be best for each
group to work that out for themselves(some areas might have a
single chapter willing to do this, others might want to make a
Regionals event out of it, etc.).
