Sorry I sent this to both lists, but the request for information came from
aposoc-L and I thought the information belonged on apo-l.
People should be arriving on Friday around 7. If you need to get there
later, it should not be a problem because there should be a 24 registration
desk in the dorm that people are staying in. That dorm is called Simmons.
Food service will be in Pollock Commons. I am faxing a map to nationals so
they should be mailing you one if you have registered.
People will be pretty much on their own for Friday. I'll be showing people
what's downtown, and one of the brothers here will be having a party so
there will be plenty to do.
Saturday breakfast is up to the individual. "Classes" will start saturday
morning (around 9 or so, I would assume). There will then be a break for
lunch (food service provided if you have registered). And then more
classes. Then dinner (again provided). That night I will be having people
over at my apartment.
Sunday will be about the same as Saturday except there will be a brunch
provided and classes will end earlier.
Sorry I don't have details on the content of the classes. I haven't been
told much about that. Just getting food service and dorms set up was enough
for me to deal with.
There are currently 23 brothers registered from other chapters. I'm not
sure how many brothers will be attending from our chapter (AB). I hope this
