Brothers, pledges, and anybody else who is interested,
Today, April 30, 1993, is my 4th year anniversary as a brother. It's
kind of strange to think that my career with APO has lasted almost 5 years(if yo
u
count pledging. I am graduating in 15 days and I have become quite nostalgic.
I was wondering if there are any brothers out there who have found it difficult
to say goodbye to there chaptersd upon graduating. I have done a few things
to
let my brothers here at IUP know how much this chapter andf this fraternity mean
s
to me but it still seems so hard to say goodbye. I don't know what will happen
to me in the future but I do know that Alpha Phi Omega has made me what I am
today and I think hope that your experiences have been as fulfilling as
mine have been. Good luck in the future! I plan on being involved in APO
but I can't imagine that it will ever feel the way it does now.
If you are graduating, remember what APO has given you and get involved
with a chapter or alumni association in your area. Let's support the
actives and give back to the fraternity what it has given to us.
Thank you for five wonderful years,,
here's to many many more good times,
Yours in Leadership,
Friendship,
and Service,
Brothers forever,
Robert Goldberg
