I have a few more facts about chapter and Life Member Numbers.
At Delta, the two numbers we use are the last two of the chapter number.
I am Delat 1120 and have a 20 on the back of my jersey. Our founder, Paul
Brake, if he owned a jersey, would have a 1 on his jersey as he is Delta 1.
However, this is only for the first round. Delta 1101, for example, would put
a 01 on the back of his jersey.
As for Life numbers, they are assigned in the order they are taken in and
processed. If you send them in in a group, and ask, you may be able to get
consecutive numbers. IOt does not always work though. My pledge class set ours
in together when we initiated and we did not get consecutive numbers like we
asked...
