I don't think it'd be a bad idea to encourage the use of the listserv
anyway, but if there was a way for it to be accessed online (possibly
delivered via an RSS feed), it might help get actives who otherwise wouldn't
use it to sign up.
As for the legislation thing, it'd be a fantastic idea for the national
website to host the information. It'd be password-protected like other
protected fraternity information, and encourage actives to sign up to
utilize the national website for other functions.
I just let my subscription to APOSOC drop off because of disuse, but APO-L
still has a use. Whether or not the actives will choose to utilize it,
however, is another story.
