I don't know why...I asked about convention legislation and Derek
Cashman wrote back "Dude...it's only January!" In my case, I recently
attended the second interest meeting of the Salisbury University
re-charter IG. They are strong and waiting for a big brother chapter to
pop up. Chartering scheduled for September.
