Hm. I would probably ignore it for a few reasons you've already
mentioned: what you do (and don't) use the e-mail address for, APO isn't
explicitly mentioned, she doesn't use your name in the greeting, etc. (I
assume for something like this a person would have at least some idea
already who you are.) Just my $.02 though, as it seems somewhat...
formulaic.
