We are attempting to contact all of the candidates for elected National =
Office from the Program Director Positions on up to President. If you =
have contacts for any of the individuals listed below, please either =
send them to me, or forward my contact information to them. If there are =
candidates out there that did not submit a vitae to the National Office, =
