As some may have heard, Donald Rumsfeld is being replaced as Secretary
of Defence with Robert Gates.

For those who may not know him, among other things Gates is a former
Director of the CIA. He is also an Eagle Scout and Distinguished Eagle
Scout, and was the President of NESA for several years recently.

Currently, he is the President of Texas A&M.
=20
He is also an Alpha Phi Omega Brother, having joined the chapter at
William and Mary (Nu Rho Chapter). So I guess that makes him a
'distinguished alumni'. :) Be nice to see him pictured in a future
edition of the Pledge Manual.
