Dear Brothers -
First, please excuse the cross-posting of this message. At the risk of
reaching a few of you more than once, I would like it to reach as many of
you as possible.
I'd like to invite you to take a short, unoffical survey on Risk
Management in Alpha Phi Omega. The results will be used in conjunction
with an upcoming workshop that I am planning. No personal data other than
your membership status will be collected, and individual responses will
not be published or used for purposes other than developing training
materials for use within Alpha Phi Omega.
How short is it? Just ten questions, including one to ask your
membership status (active, inactive, pledge, alumni, etc.). The other
nine questions focus on your personal understanding and impressions
regarding risk management in Alpha Phi Omega. Short answers are
encouraged, in order to facilitate the compilation of the results.
