It's not really that surprising that APO-L isn't mentioned. APO-L is
not an official list of the National Fraternity. There is no formal
association between the list and the National Fraternity. From time to
time articles have appeared in the chapter bulletin and T&T that have
included information about APO-L, but I wouldn't expect much more than
that.

Interestingly, there is information about apo-l and aposoc-l included
in the "Chapter Secretary (Corresponding/Recording)" handbook from the
Leadership Series of officer handbooks.
