Vincent P. Barabba, who lead the US Census Bureau from 1973-1976 and
1979-1980 is an alumnus of Nu Tau chapter at Cal State Northridge. He also
spen 2 decades spent two decades heading General Motors' Corporate
Strategy and Knowledge Development Division. He currently is President of
