[APO-L] Relay for Life Update: $724 Raised.. Your help needed to help make the Goal!!

Greetings Brothers,
In today's society Cancer has become a word very close to us all. Most of
us know at least one person affected by the disease. Current Research is
leading us closer and closer to a cure to this terrible disease. This is
where you can help. As you know Alpha Phi Omega has a Relay for Life team
here in the Capital District to help raise funds for The American Cancer
Society to help cure this tragic disease.
The Actual Relay will be as Follows:
From 6:00pm on Friday June 3, 2005 until 7:00am on Saturday June 4, 2005 at
Colonie Centeral High School in Albany, NY

1 Raider Blvd
Albany, NY 12205
6:00 PM Registration Begins
7:00 PM Opening Ceremony
7:15 PM Survivor Lap
10:00 PM Luminaria Ceremony
6:45 AM Final Lap
This is a wonderful overnight event where we will camp out alongside the
track and walk to raise $$ for the Cancer Society. I have set the Team
Alpha Phi Omega Goal at $2,000. So with your help you can help us reach that
goal.
Registration is $10.00 to join the Team and Individual person donation goal
is to raise $100 in Donations by the Relay.
As of Today May 7, 2005 6 Brothers have joined the Relay team and we are
well on our way to making the $2,000 goal. So far $724.26 has been raised
by the team for the Relay!!!!! But we need your help!! Come join us in our
walk to search for a cure!!!!
There is no finish line until we find a cure.
