Targeting schools based on various campus characteristics is all well
and good, but without a student actively interested in starting or
restarting a chapter, the other characteristics are a lot less likely
to be effective.

I haven't been on staff in a few years, but I would find it hard to
believe that in those few years, it has magically become a whole lot
easier to start chapters without at least one motivated student as the
catalyst.

In targeting schools, I hope that there will be as much discussion
about how to spark that catalyst student at that school to jump into
action as there will be discussion as how to pick schools.
