Just to let everyone know, if you attended an APO
LEADS course at one time in the past (over 3 months
ago) and still have yet to receive a certificate, or
if you're missing stickers from the "EADS" courses for
your APO LEADS certificate, there is now a form on the
LD website for you to communicate this to the National
Office Staff in order to get your certificate.
