Just a reminder, along with other important deadlines, the National Service Week (2004) REPORTING DEADLINE IS MONDAY, 11/15/2004 (this coming Monday). Chapters can report online or use the paper/hard copy form found in the NSW handbook. Chapters are required to report on a project, or report that they did not participate.

Please note that there are drop-down menus for year, chapter, etc. on the online form. Thanks again for all the hard work you've put in on your NSW projects--the reports in thus far show lots of wonderful service. Make sure that your chapter has reported!
