Brothers,
We are glad to announce that we will be having our
very own National Convention Planning Conference
(NCPC) to prepare for Nationals in Denver!
We have locked in Saturday, November 13, on the campus
of the State University at West Georgia, in Carrolton,
GA. This is a collaborative effort between Section 69
(Alabama) and Section 72 (Georgia).
We will have breakfast foods available starting at
9:00 AM, with the program to start around 9:30 AM.
If you are attending National Convention, or are still
considering it, we encourage you to come and learn
about everything that will be happening with
Convention.
We will cover at least the following topics:
* Costs & Fundraising
* Transportation
* Workshops Offered
* Parli. Pro/Mock Legislative Session
* Submitted Legislation
* Service & Fellowship
* About Denver
There is no cost, however donations to offset the
costs of breakfast and copies are greatly appreciated
by Section 69 and 72 Staff.
The day should end around 4:30 PM.
This is open to all members interested in attending
Convention, and is not limited to just members from
Georgia and Alabama.
If you are planning to attend, please send us an email
so that we have a head count, preferably by Tuesday,
November 9.
We hope to hear back from you soon, and we'll see you
at the NCPC in Carrolton, GA on November 13!
