[APO-L] Transfer Brothers

Would any/all Brothers who transferred membership from one chapter to
another please share their experiences? What sort of challenges did you
face? Were the cultures of the two chapters very similar or were they
different? Did you spend enough time in your chapter of initiation to
really get to know the members before you transferred, or did you leave
so soon after that your second chapter feels like "home?"
This is primarily for Brothers who transferred as undergrads, but grad
students who joined collegiate chapters may also answer.
