I think I've responded to various toast song threads
to this list many times in the past, so I won't
re-state what I've stated to this list in the past 10
years or so regarding this topic,...
However, at the 2002 National Convention, the Rituals
& Traditions Reference Committee approved a resolution
that instructed each region to create regional toast
song evaluation committees that would explore this
issue. The committees would then report their findings
to the National Board this summer (July 2004) and
ultimately to the 2004 National Convention.
I know of several regions that have put together toast
song surveys online to accomplish this. Region III's
Toast Song Survey results are now posted to the
website:
