To All Chapters of Alpha Phi Omega:=20
As you all know, the 2004 National Convention is December 27-30, 2004. =
This is your chance to get involved. If you have a brother in your =
chapter that can belt out a tune, we want to hear from you. The opening =
ceremony committee is looking for an active brother to sing the National =
Anthem at the opening ceremony. We will also be looking for singers for =
various other events throughout the evening.=20
All you need to do is send in an audition tape or CD by September 20, =
2004 to the address below. Somewhere on the tape/CD, written and =
recorded, needs to be your name, phone number, email address, mailing =
address, chapter and college. We will contact the chosen participants by =
October 1, 2004. We look forward to hearing the talent that many of our =
brothers posses, so get those tapes in and good luck.=20
So you can't sing? Here is another chance to get involved. We are going =
to put a slide show together of what has been going on with the =
chapters. If you could send those pictures in through email or snail =
mail, we will try to get those pictures in the slide show. With the =
picture, include a description of the event (who it benefited, what you =
did, etc.), chapter name, school name, and the date it took place. =
Please keep in mind that these pictures will not be returned, doubles =
are best, but copies will be just fine. Thank you for all your help in =
making the 2004 National Convention a success. We will see you in =
Denver.=20
