Looking for information on two areas.
1) How long have we used the hand sign? It isn't mentioned as one of the
things developed by the founders.
2) National Officers elected at the 1940 convention other than the Chief.
While the 75th Anniversary CD has fairly complete officer lists for most
conventions, 1940 is spotty. (This is the one in Indianapolis at the Antler
Hotel)
